Since releasing his debut on Chicago-based label Kranky in 2008, sound artist Chihei Hatakeyama has been keeping himself might busy: new album Mirror is his tenth to date, on our count, and continues to explore the realms of blissful electro-acoustic ambience. The release party features sets from Hatakeyama and fellow sound artist Blake Carrington, plus minimalist singer-songwriter Luis Nanook and ambient drone duo Celer.
