This ain't your average all-nighter. Naruyoshi Kikuchi's jazz fusion ensemble hit paydirt last month, when they released their first album on esteemed imprint Impulse Records. Alter War in Tokyo is a live recording from their show at Liquidroom back in June, featuring a guest appearance by guitarist Arto Lindsay, and the group are returning to the venue for an after-hours celebration of sorts. They're supported by British electronica artist Max Tundra, with a DJ set by one of Kikuchi's longtime buddies, musician and music writer Yoshio Otani.
