Dead Can Dance

For over a decade, Melbourne's Dead Can Dance were one of the defining acts on the 4AD label roster, only for core members Lisa Gerrard and Brendan Perry to part ways after 1996 album Spiritchaser. Though they reunited for a world tour in 2005, only the true faithful could have expect that the group would ever produce a new album – let alone one that was as good as last year's Anastasis turned out to be. In an odd coincidence, Dead Can Dance arrive in Tokyo just in time for Valentine's Day, though we're not sure how many couples would consider this ideal date material.
