Time Out says

One of the oldest continuously running regular parties in town, the vintage-focused Down Beat Ruler has been in business since 1987 but is still going very strong. Returning to Shibuya's Club Quattro on Saturday night, it'll see performances by Takeshi Okawa's roots outfit Okawa & The Rulers, who just came out with a new album (Oshiro no Naka de) packed with crossover ska grooves, Osaka-based cumbia band Rojo Regalo and 'skinhead reggae' gang The 69 Yobsters, plus DJ Juke Salon, who'll be charged with spinning everything from '50s rock'n'roll and rockabilly to British northern soul.
