Elliott Sharp

With a CV that runs from Debbie Harry to Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, it's clear that Elliott Sharp likes to mix things up. A fixture on the NYC improv circuit for over three decades, the guitarist and composer is still pushing things forward: his latest Tokyo trip sees him debut a new 'traveling algorithmic ensemble project', SysOrg (and no, we've got no idea what that involves either). Prior to that, Sharp is heading to Pit Inn for a solo, duo and power trio session with koto virtuoso Michiyo Yagi and drummer Tamaya Honda.
