Fishbone

Somebody must have got their dates mixed up, because it appears that one of the US's premier party bands is heading to Japan a week wide of either of the main summer music festivals. Starting off as a ska-punk band in LA in 1979, the group has gone through more genre mutations and line-up changes than you'd care to count. Founding members Angelo Moore and John Norwood Fisher were reunited last year with trumpeter and vocalist "Dirty" Walter A. Kibby II, who'd parted ways with the 'Bone in 2003.
