Time Out says

If you were going to name a band who managed to get even more fired up than the audience at this year’s Fuji Rock Festival, the one that would always come to mind is Foals. This five-piece English band from Oxford released their debut album ‘Antidotes’ in 2008, and with their second album ‘Total Life Forever,’ they displayed an even more remarkable and polished sound, which had evolved from their powerful dance-punk and quintessentially indie roots. With their sold-out concert in June, and their appearance at Fuji Rock, this visit will be the band’s third time touring here on the same album, so it’s not hard to imagine just how much their popularity is spreading here.

Holy Fuck

Canadian electronic instrumental band Holy Fuck will be the support, after Foals made a particular request for them to join the tour. Holy Fuck are another band who were given rave reviews after their appearance at Fuji Rock, in 2009. The import version of their latest album ‘Latin’ has been selling well since its release, and it’s set to be released locally next year on January 12, along with their previous album ‘LP.’
