Greenroom Festival ’17

The surfers are taking over again at Yokohama's Red Brick Warehouse as the annual Greenroom Festival returns. This surf-themed art-and-music jamboree offers a leisurely introduction to the summer music festival season, with movie screenings and exhibitions adding to the relaxed vibe. The lineup for this year's edition includes instrumental funk outfit The New Mastersounds, who hail from Leeds but sound more like they were raised in Louisiana, activist entertainer Michael Franti and his Spearhead band, and American reggae group SOJA (Soldiers Of Jah Army), plus many homegrown favourites from the festival circuit.
