Time Out says

Opened in 2003 by health-products company Hakuju, this small hall aims to provide an unrivalled musical experience. The acoustics are first rate, and every seat can be reclined (a world first!). You’ll find mainly recitals, chamber groups and some world music. The open-air terrace on the ninth floor, open only to concert-goers, offers great views over Yoyogi Park and Shinjuku.
