Five years after scoring a hit with RedOne-produced debut single 'Whine Up', fiery Latin/R&B singer Kat DeLuna seems to be floundering in the hinterlands of the not-quite-pop-stars. It's certainly hard to imagine her filling the 1,700-capacity Stellar Ball when she hits Tokyo in support of her upcoming album ViVa, though stranger things have been known to happen.
