Logic Exhibition

Known as the man who introduced Japan to the synthesiser, veteran sound engineer and former YMO technician Hideki Matsutake is also remembered for his solo project Logic System. Having recently released a retrospective five-disc album set entitled Logic Chronicle under said moniker, the former assistant to electronic music legend Isao Tomita celebrates with this three-day exhibition and gig series at Ebisu gallery Kata. During the day, you can admire both nostalgic hardware and various artworks while shopping for Matsutake CDs and merchandise created for the occasion, while Friday evening sees Logic System play live from 7.30pm. Talks and workshops are scheduled for both Saturday and Sunday.
