To celebrate the release of the Japanese edition of their latest album ‘Metronomy Forever’, British five-piece electronic pop band Metronomy is coming to Tokyo for the first time in five years. Aside from ‘Lately’, the surprise summer anthem of 2019 that saw the group re-emerge in the mainstream, the band’s performance at Liquidroom will revisit the band’s initial success, starting with the 2008 debut album ‘Nights Out’. The frontman Joseph Mount will, of course, also throw in elements from his remixes for major artists like Gorillaz, Franz Ferdinand, Klaxons and Lady Gaga.
