Miles Davis’ Alumni Super Session

Musicians who tussled with the Dark Magus during the final decade of his life will be milking their association... er, paying tribute to the mercurial jazz legend over three nights of gigs at Billboard Live. The Super Session features guitarist Robben Ford, keyboardist Joey DeFrancesco, drummer Omar Hakim, bassist Darryl Jones and trumpeter Wallace Roney – who actually took lessons from Davis between 1985 and 1991.
