Instrumental rockers Mono drew strong reviews for their performance at last month's Fuji Rock Festival, where they premiered emotive new album For My Parents with help from the 20-piece Holy Ground Orchestra. If it doesn't look like they'll have quite as many bodies on stage for this headliner show at Liquidroom – which precedes a 40-date tour of North America – the band should at least have more time at their disposal than they did at Naeba. Epic? Probably.
