Time Out says

The beloved Ocean Peoples music festival is back this July, turning Inage Seaside Park into a sun-soaked, poolside party with a seriously stacked lineup. The waterfront music festival is aimed at promoting the conservation of oceans and marine life.

Organised by the same team behind the annual Greenroom Festival in Yokohama, this lively two-day extravaganza allows you to shop for all things ocean-related, from swimwear to surfboards, while enjoying live music and savoury festival grub by the beach. Participating artists include reggae singer Rickie-G, singer and DJ YonYon, rapper and dancer JP The Wavy, rising hip-hop artist Litty and more.

While many spaces within the venue are free to enter, including the beachside marketplace and food stalls, the pool area which hosts the main music stage is ticketed. Entry costs ¥9,800 per person and tickets are available online
