Punkspring 2012

While its sister festival, Springroove, seems to be in the throes of an identity crisis, Creativeman's annual punk jamboree is managing to stay on message. This year's boasts a solid lineup, with veteran punk rockers The Offspring, Sum 41 and New Found Glory facing off against local contenders including 10-Feet and One OK Rock. Headbangers with long memories will probably get the most out of appearances from Cali warhorses the Descendents and Suicidal Tendencies, while rising stars Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas promise to lend a dash of modernity to the proceedings.
