Time Out says

Formerly held out by the water, on the Chiba side of Tokyo Bay, the annual Re:birth Festival moves to the dramatic surrounds of Mount Nokogiri for its 2017 edition, setting up camp next to the expansive Nihon-ji temple complex famed for its stone Buddha statues. Set to wow with artistic lighting, dance performances and a lineup biased toward the underground and the electronic, the three-day Re:birth is sure to be worth checking out once again. The lineup includes psyche pioneer Steve Hillage of British ambient techno act System 7, who'll of course be appearing alongside longtime sidekick Miquette Giraudy, and Croatian techno producer (and Labyrinth festival regular) Petar Dundov. Keep an eye on the festival's Facebook page for more lineup announcements and ticket details.
