Shibusashirazu Orchestra

Once every few months, the sprawling ensemble that is Shibusashirazu Orchestra manages the implausible feat of squeezing its members onto the stage at venerable jazz den Pit Inn. There'll be nearly 25 people taking part in this weekend's performance, a fair few of whom will have graced the same venue in other, more straightforward jazz groups. For Shibusashirazu, though, straightforward is seldom an option.
