Shibuya O-East and the adjacent Duo Music Exchange wil be working in tandem for this clean energy-powered art and music festival. Synchronicity features DJs and live painters alongside an eclectic line-up of Japanese acts, ranging from indie scene staples (Sokabe Keiichi Band) to club jazz (Cro-Magnon), jazzy hip hop (Gagle) and ethnic fusion (Oki Dub Ainu Band). Also keep an eye out for Shishido Kavka, the drumming singer who's being tipped for next-big-thing status.
