The Kinsella Family

Tim Kinsella has been the sole constant in the ever-shifting lineup for Joan of Arc, the Chicago collective who inadvertently helped create emo before branching off into more experimental (and more divisive) territories. Sometimes, in fact, he's the only member of the group – as on this tour, where he'll be playing solo under the Joan of Arc moniker, with support from Birthmark, aka cousin and sometime bandmate Nate Kinsella. Homegrown emo band Cinema Staff round out the bill for the group's first gig at O-Nest, where they'll be returning to wrap up their tour a week later.
