Time Out says

After a hiatus due to Covid-19 coronavirus, Ikebukuro’s classical concert series Tokyo Music Evening Yube has resumed performing to a live audience at Global Ring.

The first performance since the resumption of regular programming will be a chamber ensemble of the NHK Symphony Orchestra. The programme includes Mozart's ‘Divertimento K.136’, Grieg’s ‘Holberg Suite, Op. 40’ and Mozart’s ‘Symphony No. 40 K. 550’. For those who can’t make it in person, there will also be a simultaneous live stream of the concert on Tokyo Music Evening Yube’s official YouTube account.

Being the first outdoor concert in the series during the ongoing pandemic, seats have been arranged to ensure social distancing and guest numbers are strictly limited. To attend, you’ll have to apply for tickets in advance and admission is limited to Tokyo residents.

Apply between September 3 and September 11 by filling the form on their website.

If the total number of applications exceeds the number of tickets available, tickets will be distributed randomly by lottery, with the lucky winners notified via Twitter Direct Message on September 12. Each application can include up to two tickets, but unfortunately, you won’t be able to choose specific seats.

See the full list of terms and conditions here.

This project is conducted with the help of Tokyo Tourism Foundation’s initiative ‘Nightlife Tourism Promotion Grant’.
