Time Out says

Violinist, avant-garde artist, actor, deconstructive filmmaker – a hugely influential master of many fields, Tony Conrad sadly passed away earlier this year at the age of 76. Remember his legacy and pay your respects at this first Japan screening of Completely In The Present, a new documentary by Tyler Hubby; before the film, Jim O'Rourke will be performing a musical tribute to Conrad, while experimental noise legend Keiji Haino will be closing out the evening with a gig that'll see Conrad's 1966 flick The Flicker played in the background. You'll be hard-pressed to find a higher-flying fusion of art, movies and music in Tokyo this autumn.
