Toyosu Yaon Carnival – InterFM897

Last held in April, Toyosu's outdoor music celebration returns with an autumn edition and teams up with radio station InterFM, which recently moved to a new FM frequency (hence the 897). Taking place over a weekend out on the rapidly developing waterfront, Yaon serves up a diverse menu of Brazilian tunes, taiko drumming and other traditional Japanese music, fire performances and samba, plus pop and rock courtesy of mainly Tokyo-based artists such as Johnsons Motorcar, The King All Stars, Motoharu Sano and The Hobo King Band, Bird and Tavito Nanao.
