We Jam Econo '11

Former Minutemen bassist (and current Iggy and the Stooges member) Mike Watt has been a regular visitor to these shores over the past few years, not least in order to jam with guitarist Shimmy and drummer Yuko Araki in Brother's Sister's Daughter. He's back in town this weekend to record a new album with the band, but will be making time for a typically rambling gig at O-Nest, which also features post-rock from Lite and Ireland's The Redneck Manifesto, amped-up dance rock from Deepsea Drive Machine, ambient sonics from Sawako with Kazuya Matsumoto and more.
