Wilco

Time Out says

Mixing jangling folk with guitar feedback and avant-garde fretwork, Wilco have long been one of the more intriguing bands on the American alt rock scene. What's lost on people who've only heard them on record is quite how commanding they can be live, helped along by the fertile creative tension between frontman Jeff Tweedy and Nels Cline, the experimental guitarist who joined the group in 2004. Last seen in Japan in 2011 – where their headlining set on the White Stage brought that year's Fuji Rock to a memorable close – the band will be returning in April for shows at Zepp DiverCity and Shibuya Ax.
