Claremont 56 Ten-Year Anniversary feat. Paul Murphy

Paul 'Mudd' Murphy broke onto the nu-disco scene in the mid-'90s with 'Just Pilau', the Akwaaba track now considered a genre classic. His solo career took off soon after and 2007 saw the founding of Murphy's Claremont 56 label, while the Smith (Benjamin James) & Mudd duo has gone from strength to strength on the back of sun-soaked balearic beats. Heading back to these shores to celebrate a decade of Claremont 56, Mudd continues his Japan tour at Bonobo on Saturday night before moving on to Koenji and all the way to Okinawa. Local stalwarts Max Essa and DJ Yogurt provide very capable backup.
