Frue feat. Alex Paterson

The willfully, brilliantly uncommercial Frue parties only seem to roll around every six months or so, presumably to give the promoters time to recoup some of the money they lost on the last one. This Friday's bash is headlined by seminal ambient dance duo The Orb's Alex Paterson, who sure doesn't shy away from hard work: after this all-night concoction of everything from dub to disco, Paterson is set to head straight for Naeba and a Fuji Rock appearance on Saturday evening. Taking charge downstairs in the Saloon room will be Berliner Don't DJ and Tokyo's own Mamazu.
