Avant-garde electro-techno-noise composer Jeff Witscher is perhaps best known as Rene Hell – a moniker this California native has also used for collaborative efforts with the likes of Oneohtrix Point Never. Witscher now brings his experimental combo of field recordings, electronic samples and ambient soundscapes to Shibuya's WWW, where he'll be joined by fellow American experimentalist Eric Frye and the Berlin-based Genseiichi.
