NY house legend 'Little' Louie Vega's visits to Tokyo always tend to be noteworthy, with the veteran DJ-producer and Masters at Work man often staying in the booth for as long as the party goes on. Now celebrating the release of Starring… XXVIII, a new solo disc featuring a whopping 28 artists – among them Jocelyn Brown and Soul Clap – and incorporating influences from Latin to jazz and gospel, Vega will be taking on Shibuya's newly opened Contact together with vocalist N'Dea Davenport and local house master DJ Nori. The lounge area, meanwhile, will play host to the Latin-focused Luz de la Música party, known for a sunny atmosphere and ultra-positive vibes.
