Marco Carola at Womb

Making his long-awaited return to Japan after five years, the 'techno global ambassador' Marco Carola is hitting the stage at Womb this weekend. Originally from Naples in the south of Italy, Carola is one of the biggest names in the techno scene worldwide. In the '90s, Carola was a key figure in the development of Napolitano electronic music, and famously brought this flourishing scene to the rest of the world.

Carola's latest project is the record label Music On, a home for talented techno artists, which puts on massive festivals and events around the world, including a weekly event at the top club in Ibiza, Amnesia. To make the Womb show a quintessential Music On experience, Carola is bringing with him Music On's VJ elimaginario from Ibiza.
