Fresh off yet another well-received release on Montreal's Multi Culti label, Ecuadorean producer Nicola Cruz is the main attraction at Unit's latest Re:birth night. Combining traditional rhythms from his native Andes with Balearic and psychedelic influences – a concoction he refers to as 'Andes Step' – Cruz will be backed up by minimal master Marcus Henriksson of Minilogue, who will in turn be sharing the decks with Hokkaido's own Kuniyuki. When you start feeling spent from all the action in the main room, head upstairs to Unice for ambient and chill-out tunes courtesy of anti-stress prophet Mixmaster Morris and São Paulo import Peter Power.
