Raul, Nishi-Azabu's newish multi-use nightlife facility, is the spot if you're looking for a slightly more laidback alternative to Roppongi's intense Halloween action. The ground-floor restaurant area serves up an eclectic array of grub, while the bar upstairs sees DJs Yamato, Dani Savant and Thiago Vinicius spin upbeat tunes throughout the night. All that for ¥2,000 – sounds like a bargain to us.
