Tokyo is a music hub of the region and we’re adding to the lively scene with our very own open mic night. Previously, we’ve featured a number of exciting musicians, spanning a wide range of genres from rap and folk to down-tempo acoustic and pop.
Returning after a two year hiatus, our next installement on Friday October 14 will similarly host an eclectic roster of international and homegrown artists. Each performer has 15 minutes to perform two to three songs and by the end of the night, you’ll have a pretty good idea of the indie music scene in Tokyo. To give you a sneak peek, look forward to hearing jams from Hannah K, Laidback XC, Chakoshi, Nao Right Now and more.
