Singapore’s hottest nightclub Zouk has made its way to Tokyo’s ritziest neighbourhood, Ginza, in the basement of Granbell Square. (The building is also home to Ginza Hotel by Granbell and Corridor no Yu spa and sauna.) Zouk’s flagship club in Singapore has consistently ranked as one of the world’s best clubs, lauded for its state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems as well as its dedication to the advancement of electronic dance music.
The B2F dance floor is equipped with a cutting-edge sound system by Void Acoustics and the much-lauded Mothership lighting system found at all Zouk clubs worldwide. The Mothership, which emits laser beams and flashing lights, is considered to be one of the most technologically advanced lighting systems around.
The highly coveted VIP seating (additional charges apply) is available for groups of up to 12 people. This premium zone overlooks the dance floor, making it a great spot to rest in between all the dancing. For something less pulsating, head over to the Capital Lounge on B1F. The bar here offers a range of cocktails plus bottles of Dom Perignon champagne.
The rooftop bar Piro offers a much calmer atmosphere. The outdoor terrace has plenty of comfy couches to rest on, and it’s open until 4am. Here you can enjoy elevated cocktails with fresh fruits and herbs while taking in the glimmering Ginza skyline.
