Time Out says

This Iidabashi eatery specialises in katsu curry, which consists of a deep-fried pork cutlet served with Japanese curry and rice. While the area in front of Iidabashi Station is literally a maze of many different restaurants, the owner simply named his store A1 so customers can easily find their way to the restaurant located outside the station’s A1 exit.

The curry rice is topped with a perfectly crisp pork cutlet which is deep-fried to order. The house curry is made from a paste whose recipe was created by the owner's mother, who ran a coffee shop in Kita-Kyushu.

Since the restaurant is part of the shared 'Nokisaki Restaurant' facility, A1 Curry only operates during lunchtime from Monday to Friday, inside the yakiniku joint Shinshu Horumon-tei.
