ABC Kitchen - Local Inspiration from NYC

For four days in October, the Park Hyatt's New York Grill hosts Daniel Kluger, the Executive Chef of New York City's acclaimed ABC Kitchen. Chef Kluger, Food and Wine Magazine's Best New Chef of 2012, specialises in locally produced, organic ingredients, and will use fresh Japanese seasonal produce as the basis of his menu at New York Grill. The main attraction is a five-course dinner menu, but à la carte options are also available. In addition, the New York Bar serves special cocktails, including ginger margaritas and vodka thyme lemonade.
