Akasaka Kiori

Time Out says
Is fugu (blowfish) on your list of things to eat while in Japan? If so, head on over to Kiori and treat yourself to a delicious array of high-quality fugu and clam dishes. For lovers as well as first-timers of this (usually) poisonous fish, you're best off ordering ‘today’s chef’s selection’ (¥3,240). For hungry diners, the dinner course comes with six different fugu dishes carefully prepared by the chefs. If you’re more of a clam-craving individual, then the ‘clam nigiri-sushi course’ (¥5,400) may be your best bet.
If you're wanting one of the course meals, note that dinners have to be reserved in advance since the restaurant only stocks up on the amount of ingredients necessary for each day to guarantee the highest quality and freshness.
