For lovers as well as first-timers of this (usually) poisonous fish, you're best off ordering ‘today’s chef’s selection’ (¥3,240). For hungry diners, the dinner course comes with six different fugu dishes carefully prepared by the chefs. If you’re more of a clam-craving individual, then the ‘clam nigiri-sushi course’ (¥5,400) may be your best bet.
