Order a 'Pak Chee Rocket' (more like a bouquet, ¥540) for the right to spread as much of Southeast Asia's most beloved herb on your food as you can over two hours. For the whole nine yards, order the Pak Chee Nabe Set (¥4,500), which includes said 'rocket' and ample servings of everything from fresh spring rolls and bánh xèo pancakes to fiery noodle soups.
