Transport yourself to Christmas in New York from the stylish Aloft Tokyo Ginza hotel. Designed to look like a trendy American warehouse space, the in-house restaurant – appropriately named The Warehouse – is offering a festive five-course dinner for the holidays. This year's menu includes an A4 wagyu beef pie wrapped in buttery pastry and served with black truffle mashed potatoes and a red wine sauce. There's also a bouillabaisse made with shrimp and abalone, and a Hokkaido snow crab tuna tartare served with garden salad.
