Time Out says

Curious about a banh mi and sake pairing? An Com is just the place to explore the intersection of Vietnamese and Japanese food. The younger sibling of popular Gaienmae Veitnamese restaurant, An Di, An Com is supervised by award-winning sommelier Motohiro Ogoshi, so you can expect an excellent lineup of sake, shochu and natural wine curated to match the dishes.

Located on the second floor of the new Hiroo-based multistory dining complex, Eat Play Works, An Com opened in July 2020. The style is similar to the original venue, but with a more casual vibe. There are rice paper rolls, packed with seasonal herbs and vegetables, plus fresh seafood or ginger pork (¥1,000); banh mi (¥900), lemongrass lamb meatballs (¥2,200), and other classic Vietnamese street food. Just like An Di, the ingredients are local and organic, and the flavours well-balanced and vibrant.

Lunch and dinner tasting menus are also available (¥5,000, or ¥9,000 with matching alcohol). Or, you could also go for a more low-key lunch set of pho with rice paper rolls, or banh mi with rice paper rolls for ¥1,400. Take a seat at one of the seven spots overlooking the counter, or order at the restaurant and find a seat outside on the first-floor terrace – staff will bring you your meal.
