This afternoon tea at the Andaz Tokyo is all about the berries, with nine different fruits including strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and haskap. On the trays you’ll find a decadent foie gras flan on a crispy brioche crouton covered in haskap syrup jelly, a mixed berry éclair, and a pistachio rouge made with layers of panna cotta, raspberry confit and pistachio crumble, among others.
