Time Out says

The summer heat has passed and the comfy breeze of autumn is here. In celebration of the harvest season, Andaz Tokyo is teaming up with flower designer Nicolai Bergmann for an extra special fall feast, taking place on October 9 and 10 at the hotel's signature Andaz Tavern.

The Andaz's executive chef, Gerhard Passrugger, will be sharing his passion for detail by combining refined European provincial cuisine with seasonal Japanese ingredients. Bergmann's contribution, on the other hand, is evident in how the dishes are crafted in harmony with flower creations, making for a unique menu of culinary art that captures the best of the season. Your senses are in for an entertaining ride, from the appetisers all the way to the desserts.

The special is available for both lunch and dinner, with the former including four courses and flower accompaniments for ¥8,000. The five-course dinner (¥25,000, ¥31,000 with wine pairing), meanwhile, is served from 5.30pm and 8.30pm and includes a bouquet to take home. The prices cited above are subject to consumption tax and a 15% service charge. For reservations, call the restaurant or email tokyo.restaurant@andaz.com.
