Time Out says

Located right outside Shinjuku Station's east exit, this cool eatery and bar draws in customers with the huge aquarium placed right in the middle of the dining hall. Visible from every seat in the restaurant, the massive fish tank is home to hundreds of brightly coloured tropical fish, making for a fun distraction from boring dinner conversations or an effective icebreaker on a first date. The food menu is a fusion-heavy affair, labeled 'modern ethnic', and is built around mainly Southeast Asian-inspired dishes with Japanese, European and other world cuisines also mixed in. Also a nice choice for a couple of drinks in a far-out atmosphere.
