This French import, housed inside Tokyo Midtown, specialises in dishes with slices of organic seasonal truffles, including white and summer varieties. The prices of items such as risotto and salmon vary from ¥1,800 to ¥4,500. Doesn't sound that steep, given the quality of the truffles. A good choice for a special occasion, perhaps?
