This wonderfully old-school eatery, found along Asakusa's central Kaminarimon-dori, has been filling up shitamachi folk with lunch sets, gyoza, donburi (rice bowls) and beer since 1922. Despite also being popular with tourists, Tokiwa has managed to maintain a distinctly original vibe.
