This new eatery located inside Ebisu's popular food hall is dedicated to the ever-popular avocado. Try out their signature dish, a take on the trendy avocado toast called ‘The Heartbeat Rose’, which is topped with a rose-shaped avocado, and goes well with the ‘Avocado Smoothie’, which is blended with a fruity mix of mango or cassis berry. They've also got obvious classics on the menu as well, ranging from guacamole to delicious marinated avocadoes.
