A modern Spanish restaurant located inside the Akasaka Sacas complex, Bikini is directed by Japan's best-known Spanish chef, Josep Barahona Vines. Known as the ‘Preacher of Pinchos’, Vines creates cuisine that expresses the traditional characteristics of his native Catalonia while breathing life into the ingredients. There's a bar area next to the restaurant, so Bikini makes for a great place for a glass of wine on the way home from work.
