Opened in summer 2015, this cutesy little café sits right by Nezu Station and is run by a team of pastry chefs and ice cream specialists who conjure up innovative meals and desserts at a rapid pace. Make sure to try their 'Pizza Gelato', which is actually flavoured mashed potatoes served in an ice cream cone – yeah, you'll have to taste it to understand. In an effort to attract the early-rising crowd, Bistoire opens at 8am every day, netting an A for effort in an area that tends to sleep in even on weekdays.
