Tabasco Sauce Summer Spicy Pasta Festival

Cool down this summer with a fiery kick at the Tabasco Summer Spicy Noodle Festival. For the second installation of the event, three popular Tokyo-area restaurants, We eat Wheat, Cizia and Bricca, are teaming up with Tabasco to serve limited-edition chilled pasta dishes meant to pair perfectly with the brand’s signature sauces. Leading up to the event, we visited Bricca to taste their three specially crafted Tabasco-infused menu items, namely the cold sardine and grilled eggplant pasta marinated with Tabasco’s original sauce, deep-fried fig wrapped in prosciutto seasoned with Tabasco Sriracha sauce, and their icy and refreshing original limoncello frozen cocktail infused with Tabasco’s jalapeño sauce. The dishes are a perfect opportunity to try out Tabasco’s diverse offering of sauces, which can be purchased online via Amazon. During the campaign, order a featured dish to receive a free mini Tabasco bottle plus branded stickers and postcards (while supplies last). The event will be held simultaneously at We eat Wheat (Jiyugaoka and Kugenuma Kaigan stores), Cizia and Bricca until August 31. Check the event website for details and pricing.
