Bridge

Located inside the Nishiginza department store, this cute, very retro café may seem like a typical run-of-the-mill eatery at first sight, but is actually home to some of the best pancakes in all of Ginza. Choose from ten varieties, including the Snow White (¥1,050), topped with strawberry jam, loads of whipped cream, yogurt and cream cheese.

Rude staff, especially the old guy - he was so abrasive and abrupt that he actually appeared to be genuinely psychologically unstable - heavily do not recommend, go somewhere with more appreciative staff instead...
